Affordable Housing
We care about our community and our residents. At Red Oaks, we are proud to provide a collection of market rates and reserved essential housing for moderate to middle incomes. The program itself is income restricted and rent restricted. The essential housing program enables moderate to middle-income workers to call the community where they work, home.
Our community accepts housing choice voucher holders (such as Section 8), as long as the voucher covers the max allowable rental portion. You must also meet the 2 times your portion of rent, this amount may not be done by any gift type affidavit. And you must meet all the remaining criteria as outlined in the Tenant Selection Criteria
